Jumbo Wontons
What a deal to have a jumbo stuff steam dumpling sat before you with your favourite inside. Here we have stuffed these massive dumplings slightly fried and served with a spicy dip.

Wonton sheets
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Filling
350g lamb mince
1/4 ginger, fresh grated
1/4 red pepper
2 stalk green onion
1 stalk rosemary, fresh
1 egg medium
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs soy paste
1 tsp black pepper
2 clove garlic
1 Tbs corn starch
Olive oil for frying
Wonton sheets
In a medium bowl add flour and salt, mix to combine. Begin by gradually adding the water to form the wonton sheets. Kneading as the water is added the flour will begin to form, continue adding the water until the dough has a sticky yet form shape.
Smoothing the dough to shape, place it in a bowl for ten minutes to set. After setting, cut the dough into quarter pieces and begin to cut into smaller pieces. At this stage, the dough is then cut into thirty pieces. Begin to form the dough into a small ball, using a rolling pin roll the dough out to begin filling.
Filling
Cut into small pieces the ginger. onion, pepper and garlic set aside.
In a medium aluminium bowl begin by pouring in the minced lamb followed by all cut vegetables, rosemary, corn starch, garlic, soy sauce, soy paste, egg and black peppers, mix to fully combine.
In a heated pan add oil allow to heat then add to the mince mix. Stir immediately into mince, once combine begin to fill wonton sheets.
Grease pan or sheet with oil set aside.
Place the mince in the centre of the wonton sheet folding over creating a semi shape, flattening edges then begin to pinch the wonton into shape. Once all wontons have been shaped set aside in an oil greased pan.
On medium heat place a frying pan with oil to be heated. Once heated begin to add the wontons allowing them to fry for three minutes. As the wontons are fried pour in about three tablespoons of water and cover lowering the steam to cook the wontons, once cooked serve and enjoy.
