Refried Corned Beef Breakfast
The joy of cooking for guests. Today's breakfast began with a knock on the door and a tin of minced beef, whether stored in a can or freshly bought the results remains the same.
With simple ingredients, we were able to cook our friends what was expected.
Cooking time: 25 mins
340g corned beef (can)
1/4 red pepper
1/4 yellow pepper
1/4 orange pepper
1 onion small
1 tbs parsley
1 tbs pepper ground
3 tbs vegetable oil
Begin by cutting into bite-size pieces the onion and peppers, set aside.
Remove the corned beef from the tin placing it into a medium bowl and begin to loosen the beef using a fork.
In a frying pan, pour in the oil allowing it to heat up and begin to add the onions and peppers. Allow the peppers to cook for 4-5 minutes, mixing every 2-3 minutes.
Once completed, add the parsley and pepper, mix to combine.
Add to the mix the corned beef allowing it to fry until cooked. Once cooked to your desired plate and enjoy.
What we did was to allow the beef to fry off until it was dry in texture and serve with fried bake and fresh avocado salad. Now you have a go and let us know how you get on.
