Citrus Saturday
What to do with a combination of citrus that has totally taken up an entire shelf in our fridge, but to make the drink. As always, we try to create recipes that range with any budget and are easy to find despite the season. Listed here, we had a mix of organic citrus and made this citrus drink that went well with the weather and what we had for lunch.

Now, we share with you our ingredients for you to have a go at making our citrus drink that your entire family is going to love too.

Time: 15 minutes

1 1/2 Pink grapefruit (large)
1 lime
1 lemon
1 orange
2 tsp granulated sugar
 lukewarm water

You will also need a bottle to mix and store your drink in. According to the size bottle you are using, I recommend that you use 2/4 of the amount of liquid that bottle can hold.

Begin by heat your water on medium heat, once heated pour into your bottle adding the sugar and mix. Mixing the water until all the granules have melted, set aside.

Cutting in half all the citrus fruits, using an electric juicing machine begin to extract the juices until  (we used a hand juicer). At this stage do not remove the pulp from the juice, pour into the sugared water and mix to combine. Once mix fully seal the bottle and store it in the fridge.

This drink can be stored in the fridge for three days and can also be placed into an ice tray for those hot summer days.
