Sweet Mornings in the Summer Breakfast Topping

A mix you will always remember. All nuts and seeds used for this receipt are organic products and can be easily purchased within any budget you set.

1/4 oats
1/4 almonds
1/4 cashews
1/4 pecans
1/4 sunflower seeds
1/4 pumpkin seeds
1/4 hazelnuts
1 banana
1/4 syrup

Time: 30
Yields: 1 ltr jar

Preheat the oven at 180℃

In a large bowl, mash lightly the banana leaving chunks as you mash. Adding to the mashed banana the nuts and seeds, then mix to combine.

Fully combine add to the nut mix the syrup and continue to mix fully coating the nuts and seeds.

Lining a baking tray with wax paper, pour on the mix layering to bake evenly. Place the tray into the oven baking for 30 mins at 185 ℃.  Allow baking until the mixture is baked or brown in colour. Once bake fully, let cool and enjoy as a topping for yoghurt, ice cream and can be eaten as is by adding your favourite milk for breakfast.

Store in a tightly sealed jar once cool.
