Mince Lamb kebabs

Lamb Kebabs
350g lamb mince1/2 pepper, red
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1 handful parsley
2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 white pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 smoked paprika
1/2 ground ginger
1 1/2 garlic mince
1/2 Tbs olive oil
6 Skewers
Preheat the oven on the grill set to 200 degrees
1. In a large bowl place the lamb in, set aside.
2. Cut into bite-size pieces the onion, peppers and fresh parsley, mixing well into the mince then adding, soy sauce.
3. At this stage add the white pepper, cumin, paprika, ginger, garlic and olive oil, mixing well to combine, then cover using cling film then place into the fridge to set ( overnight) allowing all the flavour to marinate.
4. With your hand grab a handful of mine pressing into a cylinder shape then pushing through the skewers. Continue to form the shape while on the skewer until it covers the skewer.
5. Using a grilling tray place the lamb kebabs on then set into the oven turning every 2-3 minutes allowing the mince to firm and cook locking all the flavours in. After 10-15 minutes the lamb kebabs are ready to be served.
