Lamb in June Steak

Another wonderful dish served up by Gook Cooking. We are always eager to post foods that are delicious and easy to cook, always on the lookout for ingredients that are inexpensive and are organically raised or grown.

Today, here is a grilled lamb steak with other ingredients that will be shocking to you that will bring this dish together.

This serving was put together for two served with wilted spinach and mash potato!

Ingredients:
2 lamb steaks
2 cups tangerine juice
2 cups heavy cream (plant base)
salt and pepper to taste

Start by seasoning the lamb then setting it aside (this can be done overnight and refrigerated)

On medium heat, place a griller to be heated for grilling the lamb. Once heated being to grill the steak until it has cooked on both sides. At this stage, you can grill each steak to your desire.

Heat on low to medium a saucepan, then pour in the cream and tangerine juice, bring to a low boil. As the sauce begins to boil place the steak in for 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, begin to place serve with any sides you desire and enjoy!!
