Deviled Eggs
How excited is this post, deviled eggs? Prepping for a small gathering on a budget we were able to put together these little finger pickers that literally disappeared in a matter of minutes by our little party-goers.
So, we have decided to share how we put them together so you too can add them to your next gathering. With many recipes out there, have a go at making these simple and easy stuffed eggs!
Recipe Ingredients:
Serves: 15
15 brown eggs (free-range)
1 1/2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs mustard
1/2 pepper ground
1/4 turmeric
salt to taste
Begin by boiling the eggs in a pot of boiling water at a high boiling temperature. Once the eggs are fully boiled, remove the shell releasing the hard egg.
Cutting carefully the egg white in half, releasing the yolk into a bowl, do this until all yolks are separated from the white collecting for filling.
With a folk, mash the yolks completely to a powder form. Begin to add the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, salt and turmeric to the yolk. Mix until fully combined.
Spoon the mix into a piping bag, start to pipe the mix into the white of the eggs. Do so until all the white of the eggs has been completed.
Garnish with dried parsley or any garnish of choice.

Here is a short clip of how we were able to put our deviled egg together.
