Meatloaf, we will not stress how much this meatloaf was enjoyed as it was served. To be honest, guys,  what we loved about getting the ingredients for this meal were the fact that the cost was just under ten pounds. Rummaging around in the fridge for what was left to sprinkle in was an adventure in pulling this all together.

The baking process locks in all the juices as it is kept to rest just after baking makes cutting and serving with any green salad your family will surely be asking for seconds.

Below we have included our ingredients list so that you too can have a go at making it a favourite for your family as much as it is ours.

Mince lamb (chicken, beef, turkey etc.)
1/3 Red pepper 1/3 Green pepper 1/3 yellow pepper 1 small onion 2 Garlic clove 1 handful fresh chives 1/4 baguette 4 Tbs red wine 1/2 tsp brown sauce 1 egg 2 small carrots 2 springs rosemary 3 Tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Begin by seasoning the mince combining well and setting it aside.
Dice and set aside the chives, onion, rosemary, peppers, and grated carrot. Cut and toast the baguette until lightly brown, then mince. Crack and set aside one egg. Combine all ingredients adding egg, wine, brown sauce and black pepper. Set the mixture in a loaf pan fully forming its shape and topping with ketchup. Cover for five minutes, with foil, baking at 190 degrees C for another for 25 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven allow to set before cutting and serve.
