Orange Based Chicken Bake

Chicken is one of the easiest main to cook, as it can be prepared in any way. Here we have gathered six ingredients and were able to recreate our vacation roast.
Organic Chicken
227g Orange Marmalade
2 Organic Orange
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves
Start by seasoning the chicken and setting it aside, this can be done a day ahead allowing the chicken to marinate as it sits in the fridge overnight.
To make the marmalade paste, start by grating the skin of the oranges releasing the oils from its skin followed by peeling and grating the garlic. Combine the marmalade, so sauce and garlic in a small bowl and mix well, then set aside.
Covering the chicken with aluminium foil, place in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Removing from the oven every five minutes, base with butter and broth extracted from the chicken, then covering placing back in the oven for further baking until lightly brown.
Removing the foil, start by fully basing the chicken with the marmalade paste, placing back into the oven for another ten minutes repeating the basing process every 3 - 4 minutes. DO NOT COVER.
Once golden brown is removed from the oven allowing it to cool or can be served.
A longer cooking time is needed for larger chicken.
