Moon Jazz Bass baked

Having to create this magnificent dish in no time was just a plus for us when having guests over.

On several occasions, we had the pleasure of dining at restaurants in the Caribbean where fish was a must at the table we sat at.         

 As our forks nip picks around the table, scrambling from plate to plate, I had the most memorable experience of eating Salmon with what was stuffed with locally grown herbs laying in a bath of warm citrus sauce.

  

Here, we have recreated that lovely island dish with a few herds,  topped off with a few capers for our spice lovers. Of course, all that was used in this creation was not picked directly from the garden but we managed to have tummy filled smiles at every bite. 

Amazing, amazing results, easy prepped and baked in no time. Packed with all its juices with no room for steam to escape creates the perfect baking environment in each enclosed pocket.
